White Christmas Colada Mocktail

A decadent single-serving holiday mocktail using frozen coconut cream cubes, pineapple juice, and condensed milk for a creamy, festive texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut cream cubes
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp cream heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (depending on sweetness preference)
  • vanilla frosting and desiccated coconut (optional rim garnish)
  • cranberries and sprig of rosemary (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Optional Step: Put vanilla frosting on the rim of the glass, then roll the glass onto desiccated coconut. Set aside.
  2. Blend together frozen coconut cream cubes, pineapple juice, cream, and condensed milk until completely smooth.
  3. Pour in a glass.
  4. Optionally garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Notes

Ensure the coconut cream cubes are frozen solid for the thickest texture. Serve immediately after blending.
