Method
- Optional Step: Put vanilla frosting on the rim of the glass, then roll the glass onto desiccated coconut. Set aside.
- Blend together frozen coconut cream cubes, pineapple juice, cream, and condensed milk until completely smooth.
- Pour in a glass.
- Optionally garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Notes
Ensure the coconut cream cubes are frozen solid for the thickest texture. Serve immediately after blending.
