Method
- In a blender, combine the frozen milk cubes, milk, 1-2 tablespoon strawberry puree, and 1-2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and reaches a thick, slushy-like consistency.
- In your serving glass, add the remaining strawberry puree and syrup and swirl some of the strawberry syrup around the inside of the glass.
- Pour the blended strawberry mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top with a generous amount of whipped cream.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For the best texture, use whole milk for the frozen cubes. If you don't have milk cubes, you can substitute with ice, though the result will be less creamy.
