Method
- Brew a strong cup of black tea and allow it to cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
- In a tall glass, add the fresh peach slices, honey, and lemon juice.
- Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to muddle the peaches.
- Fill the glass with ice and add a few lemon slices between the cubes.
- Pour in the sparkling water until the glass is 3/4 full.
- Top off the glass with the brewed black tea.
- Garnish with extra peaches, a lemon slice, and a sprig of fresh mint. Stir and enjoy.
Notes
For a sweeter drink, increase the honey to 1.5 tablespoons. If using frozen peaches, ensure they are fully thawed before muddling to release the most juice.
