Method
- In a jug, combine heavy cream, maple syrup, and sea salt. Whisk until soft peaks form.
- Place a spoonful of the cream onto the bottom of a glass.
- Add ice, then pour in the milk.
- Pour the espresso over the milk.
- Spoon the remaining cream mixture on top. Optionally add a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. Serve immediately.
Notes
The cream should reach soft peaks, not stiff peaks. Use cold ingredients for the best layering effect.
