Iced Mocha Recipe

A quick and easy single-serving recipe for the ultimate Iced Mocha, featuring a rich coffee and chocolate blend layered over cold milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso or 4 oz hot coffee
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce plus extra for sweetness/garnish, optional
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ice
  • whipped cream garnish, optional
  • shaved chocolate garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Combine the espresso (or hot coffee) and the 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce. Stir well until the sauce is completely dissolved.
  2. Fill a glass with ice. Drizzle extra chocolate sauce inside the glass (optional).
  3. Pour cold milk into the glass.
  4. Slowly pour the coffee-chocolate mixture over the milk.
  5. Add optional whipped cream and garnishes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use hot coffee/espresso to ensure the chocolate sauce dissolves fully. If you prefer a much sweeter drink, add a tablespoon of sauce before the milk layer.
