Iced Caramel Macchiato

A quick and easy single-serving recipe for the ultimate Iced Caramel Macchiato, featuring layered milk, vanilla syrup, espresso, and caramel sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso or 4 oz cold brew/strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce for drizzle
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • ice
  • whipped cream, extra caramel sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Drizzle the cup or glass with caramel sauce.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add milk to around 3/4 of the cup/glass.
  4. Add vanilla syrup.
  5. Add the espresso.
  6. Optional but highly recommended: Top it off with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes

Pour the espresso slowly over the ice to maintain the layers. Stir well before drinking to combine the vanilla and caramel flavors.
