Method
- Combine double cream and vanilla. Use a frother or small whisk to whip until the cream is thick and holds soft peaks. Set aside.
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the cherry syrup over the ice.
- Slowly pour the cold cola into the glass.
- Gently pour the vanilla cream mixture over the top. Serve immediately, instructing the drinker to mix well before drinking.
Notes
Use very cold cola for maximum fizz. If you don't have a frother, you can shake the cream mixture vigorously in a small, sealed jar until thickened.
