Method
- In a jug, combine the cold heavy cream, vanilla extract, and optional icing sugar. Use a hand frother or small whisk to thicken the mixture slightly until it holds soft peaks.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in half of the chilled cranberry juice.
- Gently pour the vanilla cream mixture over the juice and ice.
- Add the grenadine syrup on top of the cream layer. Using a cocktail stick or toothpick, gently swirl the grenadine into the cream to create a marbled effect.
- Top the glass with the remaining cranberry juice.
- Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary before serving.
Notes
Ensure the heavy cream is very cold to achieve the best thickness.
